Our Youth ASCEND program packages help youth-serving organizations deliver adventure-based experiences that provide young people with opportunities to develop and practice the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and values to be caring, competent, and contributing members of their communities.
Youth ASCEND includes curriculum, equipment, training, and support to help you fully implement your program. These program packages are ideal for after-school programs, community centres, and youth groups serving young people ages 10 to 15. Each package includes a detailed 25 session curriculum consisting of warm-up activities, an adventure learning initiative, and a structured reflection exercise. Each resource package also includes reference books and portable adventure equipment for groups of up to 24 participants.
