| The Advanced Facilitators Seminar |
This three day workshop will enhance your ability to frame, frontload, and develop metaphors that further the transfer of learning in adventure activities. You will explore the role of the appreciative facilitator and develop strategies for engaging your participants in positive focused change. You will improve your own facilitation skills through active experience and group feedback.
The workshop blends theory presentations with hands on leadership opportunities. This workshop is open to experienced facilitators and previous participants in our Facilitating Adventure Based Learning workshop.
