Creating a culture of leadership in your school
We work with student leaders to create a “culture of leadership” at your college or university. Leadership is about behaviours that can be learned, is intentional, and is dependent on relationships with others. Our leadership training and development approach explores the behaviours and practices of exemplary leadership through a series of engaging action-based activities, presentations, and facilitated planning approaches. Our structured reflection sessions will help student leaders transfer and apply newly acquired skills and knowledge to different school and community settings.
Develop Skills for Effective Leadership
We help student leaders develop skills, strategies, and behaviours that are necessary for exercising effective leadership. Our programs help student leaders develop the behaviours that are necessary for working with others effectively. Student leaders will learn skills for communicating with others, building consensus, facilitating group decisions, solving problems, and resolving conflicts. Our Leadership Development Programs are custom designed to achieve the unique goals of your student organization.
