Creating a culture of leadership in your school
Our Student Leadership in Action program works with student leaders to create a “culture of leadership” at your school. Leadership is about behaviours that can be learned, is intentional, and is dependent on relationships with others. Our leadership training and development approach explores the behaviours and practices of exemplary leadership through a series of engaging action-based activities, presentations, and facilitated planning approaches. Our structured reflection sessions will help your students transfer and apply their newly acquired skills and knowledge to different school and community settings.
Develop Skills for Effective Leadership
We help your students develop skills, strategies and behaviours that are necessary for exercising effective leadership. Our leadership development programs help your students develop the leadership behaviours that are necessary for working with others. Your students will learn skills for communicating with others, building consensus, facilitating group decisions, solving problems, and resolving conflicts. Our Leadership in Action Programs are custom designed for student councils, peer mentors, athletic councils, leadership classes, and other school wide leadership initiatives.
