| Rock Climbing & Rappelling Training |
Designed for camp leaders, outdoor centre staff, and other outdoor educators who run outdoor rock climbing and rappelling programs on natural cliffs or rock faces, this training will highlight the skills instructors need to meet a groups’ recreational, educational, or therapeutic goals. Participants are introduced to technical rope skills, climbing techniques, and risk management principles in a sequential manner that ensures they can provide all participants with a rock climbing experience that is full of fun, challenge, and success. Please note that this training does not lead to certification.
Training courses may be offered at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area near Milton, ON or at your site.
