Low Ropes Course Facilitator (Level 1 Spotted Certification)
This 20 hour course introduces course candidates to games, initiatives, trust exercises, and leadership skills that enable them to facilitate low ropes course experiences. Emphasis is placed on sequencing, spotting, and safe activity operations. This course provides opportunities for individuals to learn and practice activity design, leadership, facilitation, and debriefing skills. Participants develop their own facilitation skills through a full day of peer leadership followed by reflection and feedback.
Low Ropes Course Facilitator II (Level 2 Spotted Certification)
Individuals in the 24 hour course will enhance their ability to create innovative programs using low ropes course activities. Candidates will develop advanced leadership and facilitation strategies, sharpen their program design skills, and explore risk management issues.
