Custom On-Site Training
Creating safe & effective programs
Our team of qualified challenge course professional trainers is available to come to your site to provide your staff with certification training and testing, accessibility workshops, instruction focused on local operating procedures, training in a variety of rescue techniques, and ideas for new program facilitation strategies. Our engaging approach combines adventure program theory, standards, and current research with fun and novel activities to give your staff the knowledge, skills, and abilities to use your facilities as an effective tool for group development and personal growth.

Preparing Skilled Leaders

We integrate hands-on practice to ensure your staff can manage day-to-day safety, create meaningful program experiences, and respond effectively in an emergency. Our curriculum reflects the latest research, standards, equipment, and techniques.

Accessible Adventure Programs
Custom on-site training that incorporates both standard and accessible operations is the best way for staff members to learn and practice the various options that exist for delivering accessible adventure programs at their facility. This approach to training ensures that staff members are aware of the installer’s and manufacturers’ recommendations for use of equipment and/or facilities, understand the principles that enable them to customize meaningful adventure experiences for participants, and do not inadvertently increase the risk to themselves or participants by using ill-considered techniques. Group sizes for training can range from a minimum of 4 staff members to a maximum of 12 staff members. Certification to ACCT standards may be included as part of on-site training.
