Developing Cutting Edge Curriculum
We use our expertise to design program curricula that enables your participants to transfer learning from the adventure experience to other parts of their lives. Following an in-depth needs assessment we will develop a custom curriculum package that includes specific lesson plans, recommended experiential exercises and debriefing activities, activity books, equipment, training, and support.
Evaluating Effectiveness
Our program evaluation services help you measure the effectiveness of your program, document the processes that make it a useful tool for growth and change, and communicate your program's value to stakeholders. We support you through the entire process of developing questions, choosing data gathering tools, and gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. A written report includes recommendations that help you further develop your program.
Managing Risk
Our knowledge of industry standards and current research allows us to evaluate and recommend best practices related to risk management, accident prevention, and emergency planning. We share our wide ranging experience, proven operational systems, and specialized resources to help you develop tools, training, and operational systems that will guide an effective risk management strategy.
Expanding Accessibility
Considerable training, skills, expertise, and resources are required to design and deliver effective universal adventure programs. All participants need to be able to get to the activity, interact with key pieces of equipment, and engage with other participants in a meaningful way. We are able to evaluate your current program, identify specialised equipment and resources, introduce your staff to a variety of techniques, and modify your current facility or install a new universally designed ropes course or climbing wall that meets the needs of both your participants and staff members. |
