Payment Terms
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Full payment is required to make an order. Cheque, Money Order, VISA, Master Card, and AMEX are accepted. PayPal is available online for select items.  Orders can be completed online, or by faxing (905.304.0386) or mailing a completed order form & payment to our office. Purchase Orders will only be accepted for pre-approved accounts – please contact our office to make arrangements.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All items purchased in Canada are subject to 5% Goods & Services Tax.  All items (except books) are additionally subject to 8% Ontario Provincial Sales Tax.

Shipping
Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of books and all standard (P) items. If ordering through PayPal, please note that this delivery time applies, in addition to the time indicated by the UPS quote provided.  For all other special order items, contact our office for delivery time.  For rush orders please contact our office.  Shipping charges for all equipment orders are FOB Dundas.  Shipping is only available within Canada. 

Return Policy
All sales of climbing equipment are final.  We are unable to accept returns. Books and portable initiative equipment can be returned within 30 days for credit or exchange. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on all returns or exchanges 

Release from liability
Persons using climbing, ropes course and adventure activity equipment do so at their own risk. Proper instruction and training should be sought prior to the use of any climbing, ropes course or adventure activity equipment.  Adventureworks! Associates, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, injury or action arising from the use of misuse of any equipment.
