for engaging at-risk youth.
We
consult with your staff to identify key objectives, client needs, and
group dynamics so our choice of activities, sequencing, and debriefing
approaches results in a customized adventure programme that helps your
clients achieve success. Our experiences can be woven into ongoing
intervention in longer treatment or custody programs.
Complementing
Your Initiatives
Our professional facilitators work in partnership with you to
develop opportunities that complement your youth development initiatives
and achieve your specific objectives. We intentionally involve
counsellors, social workers, community policing officers, and youth
advocates so they can provide young people with the accountability,
reinforcement and assistance they need to sustain their newly acquired
patterns of behaviour. |
