We use interactive and engaging adventure activities to support classroom curriculum and create practice fields for your students to explore team leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, feedback and evaluation skills. Our structured reflection sessions will help your students transfer and apply their newly acquired skills and knowledge to different school and community settings.

Cultivating Leadership in Your School We work with you to create a “culture of leadership” in your school. Our multi-phase experiences will engage a wide cross-section of students from all grades and co-curricular areas in experiential exercises, facilitated planning sessions and visioning workshops that foster positive growth and change at the individual, group and school level. Subsequent sessions reinforce previous concepts, build on prior learning and keep students motivated.
