Learn leading edge approaches!
We are pleased to sponsor the Rigging
for Rescue™ Seminar in Eastern Canada. This specialized inquiry into the
technical and physical dynamics of rescue systems goes beyond a basic
rope rescue course by teaching the underlying principles and science
that inform the rigging and operation of vertical systems. RfR
participants are challenged to think critically, improve skills in
systems analysis and develop a questioning attitude during this
intensive seven day course that takes advantage of the natural ravines
and escarpment faces of Southern Ontario.
Ideal for Instructors & Trainers
The Rigging for Rescue Seminar is an instructor-level seminar open to
experienced climbers, rescue personnel and others who work or play
extensively in vertical environments. Participants will use innovative
hauling and lowering systems, employ high directionals, belay rescue
sized loads, conduct steep embankment evacuations, handle litters, rig
highlines and more. |
