and deliver effective adventure-based learning experiences that achieve
your program’s desired goals. Participants will learn new strategies for
designing programs, leading activities, and
facilitating reflection and debriefs. The workshop blends an
experiential learning approach with presentations on current theory and
research related to program effectiveness. This workshop is open to
entry-level and experienced educators, recreation staff, and youth
workers using adventure in their professional practice.

This workshop is open to previous participants in our
Facilitating Adventure Based Learning workshop. This two day workshop
enhances your ability to frame, frontload, and develop metaphors that
further the transfer of learning in adventure activities. Participants
